By maintaining an ongoing Product Development programme, Harlequin is able to:
- Design Hydraulic Cylinders to a customer’s precise requirements;
- Undertake Reverse Engineering of Imported Original Equipment to facilitate local replacement for customers wishing to do so;
- Analyse the cause of frequent breakdowns on a hydraulic cylinder and give recommendations as well as redesign the cylinder to stop the high frequency failures:
- Recommendations which, following implementation, lead to improved productivity for the customer through significant reduction and indeed elimination of downtime;
- Undertake the Metrification of Imperial Hydraulic Cylinders at the request of customers.
